Conference fee

The ordinary registration fee (until April 15, 2024) is 420 EUR and the registration fee for doctoral students is 320 EUR. It covers the abstract volume, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome party, conference dinner and excursion. The registration fee for accompanying persons is 210 EUR.

The late registration fee (after April 15, 2024) is 500 EUR, for graduate students 380 EUR and for accompanying persons 250 EUR. This may be paid until May 15, 2024.

The registration and payment can be made by a bank transfer or by credit card using the form available at https://www.is.ut.ee/avalik/conference/?conferenceId=1570. Conference fee can NOT be paid at the registration desk.

After payment, please send the payment information (name and transferred sum) by e-mail to mma2024@ut.ee.

The participant is responsible for any transfer costs. If you want to get an invoice please let us know by e-mail to mma2024@ut.ee. Be sure to add the following information regarding the invoice: the legal recipient of the invoice (either the attendant or their affiliation), legal address of the buyer, the email address the invoice should be sent to, and the name(s) of the attendee(s) for whom the registration fee is paid for.
