Conference Venue & Accommodation

The conference will take place in the conference-center of the hotel “Hestia Hotel Strand” in Pärnu, Estonia, https://www.hestiahotels.com/strand/. In the hotel “Hestia Hotel Strand” we have booked rooms with reduced price (64 EUR for a single room, 69 EUR for a double room) for the participants of the conference. Room prices include a buffet breakfast, access to the water and sauna spa, WiFi and free parking. There are a total of two parking areas – one in front of the house and one next to the house. For booking the room please send the e-mail to booking.parnu@hestiahotels.com or reception.strand@hestiahotels.com with the following information: name(s), dates of arrival and departure, room type (single or double), reservation code „MMA2024“.

NB! Please do your booking before April 30! After that term neither the availability nor the mentioned price is guaranteed.

The nearest airports to Pärnu are Tallinn and Riga. The trip from Tallinn to Pärnu by bus takes 2 hours and costs from 8 euros. Buses leave from Tallinn Coach Station approximately every hour (see http://www.tpilet.ee/en). The trip from Riga Coach Station to Pärnu by bus takes 2.5 hours and costs from 15 euros. (see http://www.tpilet.ee/en ). There are about 10 trips per day from Riga to Pärnu.

To get to the hotel “Hestia Hotel Strand” from Pärnu coach station you can use a taxi or the city transport (take the bus number 6 to the Kuke stop, the hotel is about 400 m from there).

Visa

Nationals of the member states of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) and any third-country national who is a holder of a residence permit of a Schengen state do not need a visa to enter Estonia (see https://www.vm.ee/en/consular-visa-and-travel-information/visa-information/application-schengen-visa).
